Our dishes contain the very best local and seasonal produce to create traditional pub food with a modern twist.
Our head chef Ian, along with award winning event caterer Nicholas, have created a menu that showcases the quality of produce from our local suppliers and further afield. Game is a particular favourite when in season. We firmly believe our food is second to none in the area.
We also recently purchased some land nearby where we rear our own stock. One dish that benefits from the quality of this meat is our famous “Birchie" burger. Delicious with our home made triple cooked chips and green tomato relish. An ideal dessert to follow is the rum cure pineapple with coconut sorbet, a delight to eat and suitable for vegans.
