They supply The Druid Inn with a wide range of meats including "The Great Taste" award winning Church Hill Farm Chicken and 30-day dry aged beef which is hung on the bone.

They proudly support local producers but also bring in the finest food ingredients from the rest of the UK and continental Europe. They use the best UK wholesale markets and the more specialist artisan produce is imported direct from Rungis Market in Paris.

Their passion for wine is infectious and we hope to pass on some of this enthusiasm to our customers. With every wine listed we have added extra information. ASD beers and spirits
Established in 1986 ASD have evolved into a large independent distributor to the licensed trade, supplying a full range of keg, cask, bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks from all major manufacturers throughout the east midlands. Their emphasis is always on customer care and service.
At The Druid Inn we seek their expert advice in selecting, on a monthly basis, seasonal and locally produced cask beers. They also advise on the sourcing of Gin whch is very “in” at the moment to other spirits. Rum is the one to watch for 2019.
"Very Local" suppliers
Nicholas and Douglas acquired 10 acres of land lying just off Stanton Moor which is being utilised to produce all the eggs the restaurant requires from our Heritage chickens including Maron and Skyline.
The sheep, which are at present grazing, will be used to produce great lamb shanks and cutlets plus stews and curries - YUM!
We also support some 10 beehives, the delicious honey can be purchased at the pub and is also used in our cooking.
